Spring Rotini with Ground Beef Dish (Recipe)

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great and are super hungry because today I will be showing you how to make this awesome Spring Rotini with Ground Beef Dish.

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • Cook time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 20 minutes

… Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups of garden rotini
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced into wedges, wedges cut in half
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation:

1. In one skillet, brown ground beef, drain excess grease off and season with salt and pepper.

2. In sauce pan, fill halfway with water and pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and add in rotini. Cook for 10 mintues. Drain off water.

3. In large, deep skillet, on medium heat melt butter. Add in onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until onion is tender and translucent.

4. Once ground beef is browned, add into 2nd skillet. Add in rotini and gently stir to mix together. Add in tomatoes.

5. Plate and sprinkle generously with shredded parmesan. Serve and enjoy!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza.

Do you love pizza? How about Chicken Alfredo? Well today you can have both as we’ll show you how to make this mouthwatering Chicken Alfredo Pizza.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 17 minutes Total Time: 27 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Double pack of French bread
  • 14 oz jar of Alfredo Sauce (or can make your own Alfredo Sauce)
  • 1 medium size onion cut up into large pieces
  • 1 green pepper sliced into thin slivers
  • 1 red pepper sliced into thin slivers
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 stick of butter, softened

Prep:

  • 1. Cut up each chicken breast into cubes of approximately 1 inch and cook in skillet.
  • 2. While chicken is cooking, slice up onion, and each pepper and set to the side.
  • 3. Preheat oven to 250.
  • 4. Slice bread down the middle to make four slices of bread total.
  • 5. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Preparation:

  • 1. Take butter and spread butter onto front and crust side of each slice of bread.
  • 2. Place bread crust side up into oven for 5 minutes. Turn over and cook for 5 more minutes with crust side down.
  • 3. Remove bread from oven, sprinkle with chicken cubes.
  • 4. Add pieces of onion, red and green pepper around pieces of chicken.
  • 5. Spoon Alfredo Sauce over top of chicken, onion, and peppers.
  • 6. Place back into oven and cook for 7 minutes.
  • 7. Slice each piece in half and plate. (Each plate getting the 2 slices)

** Optional to add is mushrooms, olives and sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Quick and Easy Cajun Spiced Chicken Breast!

Are you in the mood for some spicy cajun chicken? Then you are in a tasty treat! Because today we’ll be showing you how to make this Quick and Easy Cajun Spiced Chicken Breast!

What you’ll need are!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 halves of boneless/skinless chicken breasts

And it goes like this…

Preparation:
Combine the seasonings and oil to form a paste, adding more oil if needed. Rub all over the chicken breasts; place in a food storage bag or a covered dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Grill or broil the chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Chicken is done when juices run clear when pricked with a fork.

Serves 4.

** Goes great with herbed rice and steamed asparagus as side dishes!!!!

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket.

Welcome to Home Cooking Secrets! Today we’ll be showing you how to make this fantastic Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket. The approximate Prep Time is 15 minutes and the approximate Bake Time is 3 hours.

Here’s what you’ll need!

Ingredients:
1 – 3 to 3 1/2 pound beef brisket.
2 cloves of minced garlic.
1 1/2 Cup of your favorite bottled barbecue sauce.
3/4 Cup water.
1/2 Cup finely diced onion.
3 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
2 Tablespoon of cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
1 Tablespoon of chili powder.
1 tsp instant beef bouillon granules.
And 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.

And it goes like this…

Preparation:
Trim fat from meat an place in a 13×9 baking dish.

In a small bowl mix together water, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, chili powder, bouillon granules, cayenne pepper and garlic. Pour over meat and cover with aluminum foil.

Baking:
Place in oven preheated to 325*F for 3 hours or until tender, turning once half way through cooking time. Pour barbecue sauce over meat and return to oven to cook other half of time. Take from oven and let meat rest for 10 minutes. Remove meat from pan and thinly slice meat across the grain.

Nutritional Information:
Per 2 1/2 ounces of beef with 2 tablespoons of the sauce poured over it : 244 calories, 7g total fat ( 2g sat. fat) 78 mg chol., 735 mg sodium, 13 g carbs, 29 g protein, 0 g fiber

Daily values:
8% Vitamin A, 3% Vitamin C, 2% Calcium, 17% iron

Exchanges: 1 “other” carbohydrate, 3 1/2 Lean Meat

– 200ml of Water
– 25g of Dextrose (Only if consumed Post-Workout)

Anabolic Blueberry Oatmeal.

Hello, I’m Stephen Rummey from http://HomeCookingSecrets.com and today I’ll be showing you how to make this fantastic Anabolic Blueberry Oatmeal. This recipe makes 1 Serving and here are the Ingredients to cook this up!

Ingredients

* – 3/4 cup oatmeal.
* – 8 Egg Whites
* – 1/2 scoop (15g) of Chocolate Protein Powder
* – 2 teaspoons of Pure Cocoa Powder
* – 1 teaspoon of Splenda
* – 1 tbsp of Flax Oil
* – 1 cup of frozen Blueberries
* – 1/4 cup of water

Directions

* 1. In a big bowl, mix All the ingredients (except for the frozen blueberries)
* 2. Cook in a microwave for about 3-4 minutes (cooking time vary from one microwave to the other) – stir the mix 2 minutes after cooking has started (so the mix doesn’t stick or create chunks)
* 3. Once the mix is cooked, add the frozen blueberries, mix everything and enjoy 🙂

Roasted Chicken Breast with Spinach and Walnuts Stuffing.


Makes 4 Servings


Ingredients


  • – 4 large fresh chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (average 8oz per breast)
  • – 4 cups fresh spinach
  • – 2 Tbsp of garlic
  • – 1/4 cup walnuts crushed
  • – Salt
  • – Fresh ground black pepper
  • – Olive oil (not extra virgin)

Directions

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Butterfly Chicken Breasts (cut along side and lay out flat leaving attached at one end like a book) and lay out flat on cutting board. You can pound it slightly to flatten a bit if you want.
  • 2. Rub both sides with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Lightly wilt spinach in non-stick pan, or if using frozen just thaw.
  • 4. Spread roasted garlic paste onto one half on inside of chicken breasts.
  • 5. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  • 6. Place spinach on top of walnuts.
  • 7. Fold top over and place on a rack fitted inside a sheet pan or roasting pan.
  • 8. Place chicken in oven and bake for 20 minutes on 400. Then reduce heat to 325 and roast for an additional 30 minutes, or until inside stuffing reaches 145 degrees.
  • 9. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

High Protein Pancakes.

Hello, I’m Stephen Rummey from HomeCookingSecrets.com and it’s morning time here in sunny Florida, so I thought I would share with you a simple and quick breakfast recipe that I actually cooked up this morning as you can see in the photo above! I like to call this recipe High Protein Pancakes! Here’s how you can cook these delicious pancakes up in no time!

Makes 1 Serving (6 pancakes)

Ingredients

* – 1/4 cup oatmeal
* – 6 egg whites
* – 1 tbsp ground flax
* – 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
* – 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
* – 1 teaspoon of Splenda

Directions

* 1. First heat a frying pan until hot and then reduce to medium temperature.
* 2. After mixing together all the ingredients in a blender, spray some pam (or other cooking spray), drop by spoonful onto the plan, flipping when bubbles start to form.
* 3. Make about 6 pancakes.
